Well, we had a nice vacation this past week. Langley is a very cute town. It was great to spend some time with Trav's side of the family. It felt good to just relax a bit. Even though I just recently went back to work, it was nice to get away from it all for a few days :)
Here are a few recent photos -- Noah napping in his carseat at the hotel/bed & breakfast we stayed at: Family picture on the rocking chairs in front of the main building. Too bad Noah was in his carseat -- this is the best family picture we have taken in a while!
Here is the entire group: My sister-in-law Kim's bridal shower was today (Sunday) -- Isn't she the cutest pregnant person?! I wish this photo showed her body/belly more -- she is adorable! She is due the end of August -- they are expecting a girl. Here we are with our mother-in-law, Sally:
Me and "big guy" (that has kinda become Noah's nickname -- Trav and I called him that when I was pregnant and the doctors were telling us that he might be big... it just kinda stuck. Evelyn was always our little peanut, and he is our big guy)
Evelyn playing with Cocoa during her bath tonight:

You are right, the family photo is really good. Noah's eyes are wide open!! You look great as well :)
Glad you all had a great time. I can completely relate to the adjustment back to work and needing a bit of time with the family.
wow--he really is a round little guy. he has cheeks like Kobe used to have, which is super cute. you look great!
I can't get over what a big boy he is! Neither of my children got that wrist fat he is sporting. Too cute! ;)
You look fantastic Michelle!!!! Keep up the good work! :)
A family picture is a family picture... carseat and all.. especially when it's a good picture. I love that one of all of you and I say get a 4x6, throw it in a frame and claim it as a great picture and a reminder of where you were in that moment in time... you, Travis, Evelyn (as a toddler) and Noah (quietly sitting in a carseat)... all of which appear to be quiet and contained for that moment in time. Your hands are full so you might as well appreciate a good family picture when you get it. ;)
As for the potty post... I trained all my boys on a regular toilet with a seat insert so I wouldn't chance having to "retrain" them to go on the regular potty. I've heard horror stories of double potty training so I wanted to save myself the trouble. I've also heard of people who haven't had any problem with the transition. I've also never potty trained a little girl, so I don't know how easy either one would be. I've come close... boys start out sitting like girls.. so it's close until the start to stand.. only have to worry that they point it down and that they don't pee on you. Oh the memories flashing back from a brand new baby.... :O
Cute pics! You all look great. Love Evie and the dog bath time pic. She is such a little peanut.
