Well, the tooth fairy finally seems to have answered my many prayers. I think Evelyn's first tooth has started to push through her lower gumline. Hallelujah!!
I was starting to think that I had the only toothless 15 month old. I was starting to wonder if she was always going to be toothless... Seriously, I was envisioning a lifetime of dentures for the poor girl!! Hopefully this little tooth means there are more to come!! I'm anxious to hear what her pediatrician says at her 15 month check-up this Friday.... last time we were in there (her 12 month visit) she told us that Evelyn would have to see a dentist if she didn't have teeth by 15 months. I am hoping this tiny sprout of a tooth will buy us a little bit more time...
In other news, Evelyn had her first popsicle tonight. This happened for a few different reasons...
1) My dad LOVES to watch little kids enjoy new foods. He has been calling and telling me to feed her a popsicle for months!
2) I wanted to congratulate Evelyn on her new tooth!
3) I felt bad that Evelyn got a new forehead bruise at daycare today.
Here are some pics from the popsicle experience:

Little Swimmer :)
Swim class was a huge success last night -- Evelyn loved it!
As you can see, she was actually a little bit of a teacher's pet... the other kids were always crying and scared, so the teacher used Evie for all of her demonstrations. Travis was definitely a proud daddy!

Oh Happy Day!!
Today is officially my last day of work -- my maternity leave begins tomorrow!! Yippee!!
Today is also the first day of Evelyn's new swim class. I am super excited -- she loves the bathtub, I can't wait to see how she does in a pool. Travis will be the one in the water with her... I am going nowhere near a bathing suit any time soon!!!
I'll hopefully post some pictures soon from her first lesson :)

Fashion According to Daddy :)
Tuesday night after dinner, Evelyn's shirt was wet/sticky from the fruit she was eating. Travis took her upstairs to get her changed so that she wouldn't have to finish the evening in wet clothes. I was thinking he would put her in a onesie and maybe her pjs... or maybe just the onesie (he loves his little girl in her onesies). Here is what Evelyn was wearing when she came downstairs:
Yup, she was wearing a diaper, her bathrobe (which is completely too small -- probably a 6 month size), and socks. Gotta love it!She didn't seem to mind though. She can pretty much make anything look cute :)

Caution -- Belly Pics Ahead...
It is time again for the belly pictures. I am 34 weeks along, and still feeling pretty good. Only 5 weeks to go (3 more weeks of work)!! My only complaints would be 1.) I am having some discomfort sleeping - but the pillow between my legs is helping 2.) A lot of pressure on my bladder - especially while working out. I haven't found a way to remedy that... I just kinda suffer through it.
Yes, I am definitely bigger right now than I was when Evelyn was born. I am starting to get a little worried about my belly button. It is almost completely flat now... I fear that an "outie" might be in my future!!
Disregard the belly bruising --- it is from my Lovenox injections. I will be happy when I don't have to do those every day anymore!!
